Yanadia: my dreams is i can buy house for my kids but idk is inhave time for that in this age almost 50

MiklosSarkadi L1: depends where... i live in canada... a lillion for a house here.. not worth it... but in Philippines.. only 50k.. but also not worth it because everyione is doing it... so I choose hotel/ motel

MiklosSarkadi L1: Have a real estate angent friend... he show me a 500 sq ft mome that is run down and needs 180k dollars worth of repairs and selling fro 1.7 million... the owner is desperate to sell because he owers 1.5 million on it.. and so his payments are 15k a month including taxes and insurance... he is bleeding cash monthly
