MiklosSarkadi L1: Have a real estate angent friend... he show me a 500 sq ft mome that is run down and needs 180k dollars worth of repairs and selling fro 1.7 million... the owner is desperate to sell because he owers 1.5 million on it.. and so his payments are 15k a month including taxes and insurance... he is bleeding cash monthly

MiklosSarkadi L1: but if i build a home on it.. the rent is too cheap... so cant make money.. so because its ocean view i pay architct and engineer to draw he plans for a 6 plex motel... but I cant afford to build more than the ist floor so I will start with 3 units.. and add 3 more in 2 years
